Moldy Attic in Sycamore, IL

This attic in Sycamore, IL had an issue with water coming in near the peak of the roof and was then causing moisture issues throughout the rest of the attic. Most of the wood across the roof had been affected some was partial like in the before photo and other parts had a substantial amount of molding. We went through the entire attic remedying the mold issues and then treated the wood with sealant and mold protection as seen being applied in the after photo to make sure it did not return. The roof issues were addressed and the house was back so it was "Like it never even happened."
