Busted Pipe in Seneca, IL

A family in Seneca had turned off the heat when they were selling their house. The temperature dropped for winter and the pipes ended up freezing and had cracked. Once the temperature started warming up again the pipes of course then burst the rest of the way and started flooding the ceiling of the house. A good portion of the ceilings in the house were affected by this. The dining room and kitchen as seen in these photos had their ceilings completely collapse down. They contacted us and we went in and took care of the water restoration. The after photo shows the new ceilings on and the cabinets in and about to get the counter tops put back on. Because of the extensive water not just in the ceiling but then all over the floor we went through these areas to make sure all water and moisture were gone. The customer was very happy after having walked in and seeing the ceiling and all that water all over their floors to see their house back to normal and it was "Like it never even happened."
