Kitchen floor water damage

These before and after are of a water job for a client of SERVPRO of DeKalb county. The dishwasher continued to fill and flooded the kitchen and in turn damaged the hardwood floors. The client was so upset that their beautiful kitchen floors had been damaged. They contacted SERVPRO based on a referral from their insurance agent. The agent had worked with the franchise previously and was very happy with their work. The crew got right to work and started the drying process. The client never thought that the flooring could be dried out and salvaged. They thought it would be a loss. They listened to the plan of action for the crew but still didn't believe it. In a matter of a week of so things in the household were back to normal and the home owner was so happy that a majority of the flooring was saved.
