Moldy basement in Rochelle, IL

The homeowners contacted SERVPRO of Dekalb County after experiencing mold issues in their basement. They had noticed mold on the paneling in their basement. They had already removed the paneling before contacting us and when they did realized how wide spread the problem was and was beyond what they knew they could handle. We came in and assured them we could take care of the problems with the mold. The cinder blocks had cracks in between them allowing water in behind their paneling and was the main problem. After treating all the mold issues throughout we fixed the cracks to prevent future issues then finished the basement off. The customer was grateful and said it was like you guys advertise "Like it never even happened."
