Samantha Reed

Samantha Reed is our newest addition to the office at SERVPRO of DeKalb County. She has an extensive customer service background and loves working with the public. As she states each day she strives to make customer service her priority and also realizes that when customer reach out to SERVPRO they can be overwhelmed by the situation they are in. They rely on our highly trained crews  to help them truly make it "like it never even happened" When not working she can be found spending time with her family that includes her husband and 2 sons. She enjoys scrapbooking, reading and working in her flower beds. Samantha has been a great addition to the SERVPRO of DeKalb County team and we know the customers will benefit from her hard work.
