Freezing Pipes

We have a rental that was recently unoccupied. We had a neighbor checking on it on a regular basis. Unfortunately we still got hit with a broken pipe. The basement ended up with about 2 feet of water in it one late Sunday night. We called SERVPRO of DeKalb County and they came right out. The took care of the water in no time and started the drying process within that first visit.  They had equipment set up for the next three days and dried the area in the time frame explained to me.We had a nice dry basement with a nice fresh smell to show potential tenants within a few days. We were impressed with the speed at which the crews worked and their knowledge.
